Quitesite LLC ("Quitesite", "we", "us") builds agents and automations for small businesses. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and what your rights are. The short version: we handle your data only to run the automations you hired us to build, we don't sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.
Information we collect
- Contact information. When you email us or start an engagement, we keep your name, email address, and the contents of our correspondence.
- Business data you connect. When we build an automation for you, we access data in the tools you authorize — for example accounting records, invoices, transactions, and vendor or customer details in QuickBooks Online, email, spreadsheets, or document storage. We access only the data needed for the workflows described in your engagement agreement.
- Authorization credentials. Connections to third-party services (such as QuickBooks Online via Intuit's OAuth) use access tokens, not your passwords. Tokens are stored encrypted and are used solely to run your automations.
- Website analytics. Our website may collect basic, non-identifying technical information (such as pages visited). We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use information
- To build, run, and maintain the automations you engaged us for.
- To communicate with you about your engagement.
- To debug and improve the reliability of your automations.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use your business data for advertising or to train machine-learning models.
Service providers
Your automations run on infrastructure and services we use as processors on your behalf, including:
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing of the data your automations handle, under Anthropic's commercial terms, which do not permit training on your data.
- Cloudflare — website hosting.
- Intuit — when you connect QuickBooks Online, data is exchanged with Intuit's platform under Intuit's privacy statement and developer policies.
We share data with these providers only as needed to deliver the service, and with no one else except as required by law.
QuickBooks Online connections
If your engagement includes a QuickBooks Online integration, we access your QuickBooks data through Intuit's official API, only with your explicit authorization and only for the workflows you approved. You can revoke access at any time from your Intuit account settings or by asking us to disconnect; revoking access immediately stops the automation's ability to read or write your QuickBooks data.
Data retention and deletion
We keep engagement data only as long as needed to provide the service. When an engagement ends — or any time you ask — we delete stored copies of your business data and revoke stored credentials within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep (such as invoices we issued to you).
Security
Credentials are stored encrypted, access is limited to the people working on your engagement, and automations run with the minimum permissions the workflow needs. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you promptly.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you or your business. Email hello@quitesite.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated to you directly.
